Camper trailer

A camper trailer is a nice cross between a camper and a caravan.
A camper is usually a living space that is attached to the vehicle. A caravan is pulled on the tow bar, but you can disconnect it from the towing car.
In the case of a camper trailer, it is a caravan with a different coupling. The coupling point is above the rear axle of the vehicle.
You can disconnect the car from the trailer, but in some cases the vehicle remains semi-permanently in front of it.
The trailer has electric brakes at Fifthwheel Europe. Other builders in Europe often use air brakes. In America, almost everything is braked electrically. A camper trailer like this one at Fifthwheel Europe BV is made so that it can be coupled behind a pick-up, but also behind other commercial vehicles such as a Mercedes Sprinter, Iveco Daily, Citroën Jumper, etc.
Fifthwheel Europe BV can build a chassis, on which you can make a superstructure yourself, or we can build the entire trailer body with all doors, hatches, windows, etc.
We no longer do the installation ourselves, so the customer finds a party for that themselves or we can advise on that. In all cases, the camper trailers are custom-made for our customers.
