Electric Brake System (ECE Approved)
We have built an electric braking system, wich has many benefits. If anything is unclear or there are questions, feel free to contact us.
The only European-approved electric brake system on European axles.
Brake system for two Knott axles of 1,800 kg each (combined 3,500 kg), equipped without a overrun brake system. Also brakes in reverse.
Indicator light on the front of the trailer visible in the mirror. (Indicates the system’s status through a flashing code)
Requires a 13-pin plug on the vehicle with a contact-switched plus.
Brake system can be adapted for multiple axles (type and weight) and tires.
Improved features:
– No bump from the overrun brake
– The system also brakes in reverse
– Automatically load-dependent
– Stronger downhill brake response (due to G-sensor)
– Brake system completely independent of the car
– Only brake signal and power from the car
– No overheating brakes in the mountains
Safety while driving:
Integration of ATC functionality
ABS not necessary for trailers up to 3,500 kg (on the axles)
